Rural-first pilot design
A controlled Platte County concept built around long distances, winter conditions, and documented local gaps.
Veteran-led · Wyoming-based · Pre-launch
VILIGANS COMMAND CORPORATION is preparing a controlled Platte County, Wyoming special-needs transportation pilot under NAICS 485991.
The mission
The proposed pilot is intended to explore transportation barriers affecting older adults, veterans, people with disabilities, and rural residents traveling to healthcare, benefits appointments, and essential services.
VCC is seeking evidence, technical assistance, referral coordination, sponsored-ride opportunities, and eligible public or nonprofit partners. The objective is to fill verified gaps without duplicating or displacing existing providers.
What we are preparing
A controlled Platte County concept built around long distances, winter conditions, and documented local gaps.
Scheduled, pre-booked, non-emergency, non-ambulance transportation only—subject to all required approvals.
Authority, insurance, vehicle, driver, safety, demand, funding, and executive launch gates must be supported before service begins.
Community first
VCC welcomes planning conversations about documented unmet demand, coordinated referrals, overflow needs, sponsored rides, in-kind support, and future competitively procured supplemental service.
Corporate control
The displayed mark is VCC’s internal corporate authentication mark. It is not a Wyoming government seal, certification, operating authority, insurance evidence, or regulatory approval.

Public-status notice
